Welcome, Take It Away Trash Service customers!

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is excited to be your new waste service provider.

On Aug. 28, Rumpke acquired certain waste collection assets from Take It Away Trash. Rumpke will begin servicing customers on Monday, Aug. 31, and has been working closely with Take It Away to ensure a seamless transition with uninterrupted service. We appreciate the opportunity to provide your family with friendly, reliable service.

Service Day

Your service day will remain the same. If schedule changes are needed, Rumpke will contact you directly.

Billing:

If you have a current invoice from Take It Away, or if you receive a bill with an invoice date up to Aug. 28, 2026, please remit payment directly to Take It Away by clicking on the Payment Tab.

Please note the following:

• If you are currently billed monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly from Take It Away, Rumpke will now bill quarterly, and in advance.

• If you are currently billed semi-annually or annually from Take It Away, Rumpke will now bill annually.

If you are currently signed up for automatic payments with Take It Away and would like to continue this payment option with Rumpke, please sign up at www.RumpkePay.com once you receive your Rumpke account number on your first Rumpke invoice. Rumpke will take over invoicing in September.

Holiday Schedule

Rumpke observes Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. If service falls on or after the holiday, service will be delayed by one day that week. If the holiday falls on a weekend, service will not be impacted.
